Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production has started. For products that include logo, artwork, engraving, printing, embroidery, or custom packaging, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds
Refunds are available in the following situations: The product is defective, damaged, or not as described. The wrong item was shipped. The printed or branded product differs materially from the approved proof.
Returns
The following items are generally non-returnable: Customized, personalized, or printed products, samples. Items used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Restocking Fees
For eligible returns of non-defective items, a restocking fee may apply.
